讲座人简介：

罗欣 (Xin Luo)，博士，现任美国新墨西哥大学（The University of New Mexico）安德森管理学院校董事会讲席教授(Endowed Regent’s Professor)和管理信息系统的终身Black, Albert & Mary Jane Professor讲席正教授(Tenured Full Professor)、院长助理以及国际项目主任。罗欣博士目前担任国际期刊International Journal of Accounting and Information Management的主编。同时，他也在全球最顶级的管理信息系统期刊MIS Quarterly担任客座副编辑 (Guest Associate Editor)及ISR的特邀编委，全球信息系统协会旗舰期刊Journal of the Association for Information Systems的副主编（Associate Editor）和特邀高级编辑 (Guest Senior Editor)及担任全球知名期刊Decision Sciences, Decision Support Systems, Information & Management及全球信息系统最高学术年会International Conference on Information Systems的副主编。罗欣博士也担任美国国家自然科学基金(U.S. National Science Foundation)在信息安全和隐私研究基金方面的评审专家以及中国国家杰出青年科学基金特邀评审。他的研究和教学基金申请都已分别获得美国和中国的国家自然科学基金资助。罗欣博士的主要研究兴趣主要在信息系统安全行为管理，电子商务/社交商务，创新性技术用于战略决策（区块链，云计算，绿色信息系统，社会网络），跨文化信息技术管理。罗欣博士在同行审阅的国际学术期刊上出版超过120篇科研论文。他的科研论文在国际顶级或著名的期刊发表，如Information Systems Research, Journal of Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, European Journal of Information Systems, Information Systems Journal, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, Journal of Information Technology, Decision Sciences, Decision Support Systems, Information＆ Management, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management等。其中他在Decision Support Systems和Journal of Strategic Information Systems期刊上面发表的三篇文章被列为至2010年以来被引用率最高的科研成果(most cited articles)。罗欣博士目前担任信息系统顶级期刊如ISR, MISQ, JAIS, JMIS, EJIS的特邀评审。此外，罗欣博士的研究成果也受到社会媒体的关注。他在2015年接受美国KRQE电视台的专访深入讨论和介绍了信息安全管理的趋势和受到的恶意侵入式程序(勒索软件)威胁等。

讲座摘要：

此次讲座罗欣教授将首先介绍自己的学术历程，分析几本顶级信息系统领域期刊的特点，然后结合自己近年来在国际顶级管理期刊(UTD-24)上的发表(SR 2021、ISR 2022、JOM2022、POM 2023)分享自己在一流期刊发表论文过程中面临的挑战、心得体会、以及顶刊发表的成功经验。
