讲座主题:我的研究体会:现象与理论

 

讲座摘要:

如何理解现象?如何从现象形成问题?如何从现象形成变量?如何基于现象建构理论?这是管理学者共同关心的问题。在本次讲座中,我将介绍经典的研究案例以及自己发表在Academy of Management Journal Organization ScienceStrategic Management Journal等管理学期刊上的文章进行讲解。同时,通过自己的经验,我将介绍英文写作的技巧与发表,资源依赖理论的发展趋势,以及展开并购相关的研究选题与设计。

夏军,德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校Jindal商学院教授。研究领域包括:(1)组织理论(资源依赖、权力和制度过程);(2)公司战略(并购、合资、联盟和剥离);(3)社会网络(嵌入性的结果);(4)国际商务(国外市场拓展、国有产权和转轨/新兴国家的制度变迁)。

 

夏军的论文发表于Academy of Management JournalStrategic Management JournalOrganization Science等管理学顶尖期刊。特别是,他在战略管理领域顶级杂志Strategic Management Journal上发表10篇论文,是近几年在Strategic Management Journal上发表文章最多的华人学者之一。
